Elliott Verdier unveils daily life of Oulan-Bator suburbs inhabitants and portrays in a powerful way the Mongolian capital. The photographer arrived in this region in 2O15 to cover subjects very few highlighted like the rural exodus, which is deeply deregulating country’s life. He particularly focus on issues such as air and water pollution and also the sanitary conditions of the city. The reporter describes this rude reality where there is still a hope, the far City Lights.
