It was during a trip to Asia a few years ago that Montreal-based artist Marz Marz was first introduced to film photography. Ever since then, he has been using analogue format to bring life to ordinary moments, expose colorful and mesmerizing atmospheres, and create captivating dreams in film.

Both disturbing and aesthetic, his portraits aspire to capture the personality of models in front of the lens with sensuality and mystery. As for his shots of landscapes, they come to testify, in the manner of an intimate and visual logbook, the wanderings and journeys of Marz Marz.
