Sabine Weiss is one of the most important photographers of the last century.
Born in Switzerland, she learns the art of photography at the studio Boissonnas. She then meets Robert Doisneau who teaches her street photography secrets, following his humanist and spontaneous style.
Close to the most interesting artists of her time, she immortalises Giacometti, Françoise Sagan, Léger, Stravinski and others.
To celebrate women today, a view on Sabine Weiss works, between Paris and other cities. An ode to authenticity, to the incredible photographer’s sense of details and to the precision in choosing the moment.
