Hélène Veilleux is a French photographer based in Lyon. Either it’s in Baïkonour, Tchernobyl, Transnistrie, her pictures describe a try to question the reality, by exploring the concept of “zone”. Through her series Last Chance to Sea, she focused on the arid landscapes of the Aral sea, located in Central Asia, where old ships graveyards are abandoned on kilometers.
