The Wildlife Photographer of the Year 2021 has announced the five winners of the People’s Choice Award. The Natural History Museum in London hosts this competition for nature photographers every year. After a panel of professionals selected 25 favourites, it was the public’s turn to vote. Christiano Vendramin won with his photo “Lake of ice”. “I hope that my photograph will encourage people to understand that the beauty of nature can be found everywhere around us and that we can be pleasantly surprised by the many landscapes that surround us”, says Vendramin.
