Canadian photographer Chiara Zonca realizes minimalist cliches of the sand dunes of the Oman Desert. The pictures are shot in a few seconds of light just before the Sun dips below the horizon. Entitled “Tread softly”, the series showcases the abstract nature of sand and its intricate patterns, creating surrealist and architectural forms that seem futuristic in some ways.
