Photographer Clarissa Bonet offers us a beautiful series entitled City Space which is an “exploration of the urban environment and [her] perception of it”. The artist explores the city of Chicago between deep shadows and sparkling light. She “uses the city as a stage and transform the physical space into a psychological one”. She offers us a personal interpretation of urban space. Clarissa Bonet gives importance to the frame and to the places she immortalizes to create universal scenes. Pictures from the City Space series “are recreations of personal experiences or occurrences [she has] witnessed in public”.
