Launched in 1995 in Marseille, the economic development project EuroMéditerranée has changed the urban landscape of the city. French photographer Vivien Bertin took an interest in this modern architecture, between the renovation of buildings and the construction of new ones. In this splendid series focused on the Phocaean city, the artist captured the essence the architectural compositions, from Le Corbusier‘s Cité radieuse to Ricciotti‘s Mucem. Through these shots, he reveals the complexity as well as the purity of the geometric shapes.
