Architecture studio Penda recently proposed an ecological project for India, with its sky villas residences, for their project Magic Breeze for Hyderabad city. This 450 000 square feet residence is composed of 127 units designed as an big duplex. Each flat is divided by a private garden that the neighbors has to share between each other. A project full of vitality that puts the neighbors’ relationship in its heart and the aesthetic of the urban skyline.
