Portraits of Classical Dancers at the Opera de Paris

For the perfume brand Les Liquides Imaginaires, founded by Philippe Di Méo, photographer Julien Benhamou (photographer of the Opéra de Paris) was commissioned to make a series of portraits showing three dancers of the Opera de Paris, under the sign of rising. In a private abandoned hotel in the Marais, they staged in a very spiritual way the movements of dancers, inspired both by the poem “Elévation” by Charles Baudelaire.
