For the Art Basel 2016 in Hong Kong, gallery Sullivan+Strumpf wanted to exhibit the work of Sydney-based artist Tim Silver. Fascinated by bizarre and surrealist body shapes, he presents his series Oneirophrenia : faces’ sculptures in which he integrates baked bread. While baking in the oven, the bread starts to destroy these faces in an irregular way, made of concrete, marble dust and pigment.
