Italian photographer and artistic director Paolo Pettigiani, based in Turin, has just unveiled a new part of his “Infraland” project. In his series “Infraland Valley”, the artist used a drone to take aerial images of the Ailefroide valley, in the French Alps, using infrared photography. By bringing out elements with chlorophyll like trees and grass, this technique enables the artist to modify our perception of nature. And thus, to give a new light to French Alps’ reliefs.
