Photographer Maria Svarbova offers us a new series called Dining Rooms. She transports us to a universe filled with aesthetics and places her new creations in the school setting.
We discover five students, who meet for a meal in the cafeteria after a physical education session. To recreate the ambiance of her images, she surrounded herself with set designer Zuzana Hudáková.
Here we are immersed in another time. The bright colors of the protagonists’ outfits contrast with their environment. We are surprised to imagine their history in this place usually filled with people and which there offers a unique setting to the compositions of the photographer.
Maria Svarbova is used to sublimating situations in everyday life, and this new series of images is no exception to the rule.
