«For a couple of years, I’ve been trying to find the most exciting bowling alleys and “Kegelbahnen” in Southern Germany. Kegeln is pretty similar to bowling but with only nine pins, smaller balls, and shorter lanes», explains the photographer on his website.

Through his series soberly called «Bowling Alleys», the German artist brings us to many bowling alleys that are slowly falling into disuse. Especially popular from the 60s to the 80s, this sport is no longer in vogue. Today, it stays form this era kitsch places with captivating shades and lights.
