In order to give this surrealistic look to his Tokyo’s photographies, Yoshito Hasaka plays with contrast and neatness, that he pushes to their climax. This result in a perfectly coherent cliché of how we see Japan capital city : neons, beautiful people, life, unlimited marketing and an ambiance that never weakens.
