The current and rapid development of the downtown area of Luanda, the capital of Angola, obliges to build on the outskirts restructuring the urban front. At the end of the town on the shores of Cape Town lies a fishing village. It is this place that the architect Costa Lopes, himself resident of Luanda, chose to realize Dyeji, an eight-storey building facing the Atlantic Ocean.
