Through her series Backstage, British photographer Polly Rusyn had the chance to get into the intimacy and the daily life of a contemporary dancers company who train in a London theater. She captures what happens in the corridors, in the green room and their tiny dressing room : all the excitement, the stress and the frenzy there are before the show. She explains that the dancers managed to forget about her presence to be able to act as natural as possible.
