Muriel Bordier, a dreamy and very talented photographer, explains on her site : “I show most of the time my subjects with a certain taste for the derision and the humor. (…) My photos reveal an amused and satiric look on the world. I choose elements belonging (…) to the cultural codes of our society, objects, monuments, landscapes, characters, juxtaposes them, stages them, (…) by playing the gap which produces their image with their representation in mind of the spectator. By revealing different realities, I reveal all the incongruity of our “usual” perception.” Discover her series Les Thermes, which received the Eurazeo price in 2015, and is visible in the Espace Central Dupon Images in Paris until March, 2016.
