Photographer Nina Leen caught, in 1949, pour the LIFE magazine, the daily life of young women who were members of the troupe of the famous Barnum & Bailey Circus. Between training and resting, the collection black and white offers a real documenting about the atypical life of a circus at the end of the 1940s. We can see free young women who could have an artist career without the society weight.
