Photographer Hugh Holland caught all the atmosphere of the skateboard in California during the 1970’s. His pictures are gathered in a book entitled Locals Only. This collection shows the intemporality of this sport that went through the different times. It show us too the evolution of fashion that has changed but it keep its atypical aspect.
