Welsh artist Mick Petts raised a large and high natural sculpture integrated to the landscape and the soil in the Parc Penalta in Caerphilly. Sultan the Pit Pony represents a horse on an extent of 200 meters. This artwork was built with 60 000 tons of coal and shale ; to recall the fact that horses was used, from the 18th to the 20th century, to carry mines’ coal.
