Matteo Walch was first introduced to marmots, a naturally shy and rare animal, by his nature-loving family when he was just four. Now, at the age of 12, he formed a unique bond with a group of these animals that overpassed the barrier of fear and natural instinct. Matteo and his mum have a yearly appointment with the colony, that they visit two weeks every year in Grossglockner, Austria.
