It was in the Faroe Islands during winter 2016 that the German photographer Jan Erik Waider realized his personal project Cloudscapes. Specialized in northern landscapes, the Hamburg-based visual artist captured a series of pictures of the Danish autonomous archipelago, which is made up of eighteen islands. Empty of any human presence, his images only show nature, whose tones are dominated by the white that covers the mountains and the gray of a cloudy sky.
On his website, Jan Erik Waider offers Lightroom presets for professionals, specially conceived for landscape photography.
