« Landscape photography is a great motivation to discover new places and to get out of your comfort zone », says Lukas Furlan. This software engineer that works and lives in Vienna is also a young photographer, that makes unique nature inspiring images. Because he was raised in Northern Italy, surrounded by the mighty Alps, the artist has always been inspired by these mountains. « My connection to the mountains goes way back, and when I started with landscape photography, I had the perfect playground right on the doorstep », he adds. Taken from different short travels visiting his family in Italy a few times per year, these pictures offers a singular look on his hometown paradise.
« I usually stay for one night in the mountains camping with my tent and friends that also enjoy landscape photography. I love being outdoors, especially in this place. Such adventures make a great contrast to everyday life ».
