Chinnaphong Mungsiri is a talented Thai photographer. Far away from the hundreds of sublime sacred temples that watch over the city, he walks the streets of Chiang Mai, the country’s second largest city, capturing small scenes of urban poetry amidst the apparent chaos of  concrete buildings and electrical wires that encumber the landscape. For him, succeeding in bringing out pretty minimalist compositions in the middle of the ambient disorder is a challenge that allows him not only to change his view on his environment, but also to develop his artistic skills by striving to sublimate the ordinary on a daily basis.
