National Geographic‘s photographer Jonathan Irish, and his partner Stefanie Payne spent a year making “The Greatest Road Trip”. In 52 weeks, to celebrate the centennial anniversary of the National Park Service, they visited 59 national parks in the USA. Both great outdoors lovers, they planned their trip around seasonnality, to enjoy nature at its best throughout the year. The pictures taken are stunning and inspiring.
