Álvaro Sánchez-Montañés is a Spanish photographer from Madrid. He was awarded with the Epson de Fotografía 2009, the International Photography Award 2009 and the first price of the Fundación AENA 2012. His work is surreal and cinematographic and it evokes the unreal atmosphere of empty and decadent urban places.
