The Longbranch Cabin is a cabin suspended in the trees that was built in 1959, near the Puget Sound, in the United States (Washington). Thought by Jim Olson (of Olson Kundig architects), this house didn’t stop to be remodeled and extended since its creation : in 1981, in 1997, in 2003 and to finish in 2014. For each modification, Olson managed to adapt to the existing structure (initially of 14 square meters) to add space thanks to the building of little rooms looking like boxes.
