Mobile apps are now a staple in our society when it comes to dating. The goal is for these players to stand out as much as possible from each other. This is the case of Pickable, recently launched on the French market on November 8th. The app was founded by American Tamara Goldstein, inspired by the #MeToo movement.

The main characteristic of Pickable is to be primarily for women. They can contact the profiles that interest them, anonymously without registering on the application beforehand. Profiles can be chosen for twenty-four hours.

The design of the application has been designed for simple and intuitive use. A two-color interface in pink and white accompanies users. Small colored pictographs spice up the use of the application.

Users have access to user profiles, which scroll under their fingers. They have the choice to give their “like” or not. Once his profile is “liked”, the user is informed and the discussion can begin. The application is available for download on iOS and Android.
