Zubin Jhaveri, the artist behind Scaled Dimension, created a beautiful series of paper cut artwork, “Zodiac”, which is the result of the fascination of the artist with “how the celestial bodies influence and shape our traits and lives”, as he explains in his website. Each astrological sign is represented. “The colors, design, and subtler elements are all symbolic to each of the zodiac and its traits”, adds the artist. In the pieces, we can see the constellation, the symbol of that zodiac, and the design represents its element (Water, Earth, Fire, and Air). The colors used by Jhaveri give the series a magnetic aspect, creating an atmosphere in which one would gladly get lost.
