Ksenia Zimenko’s embroideries have a little something that makes them special and shiny: their beads. The artist based in Saint-Petersburg, Russia, has started to do her art in 2017. Since then, she has kept creating beautiful embroidered nature landscapes. A choice that makes sense because Zimenko’s main inspiration comes from northern nature, seascapes, and space. The mixture of threads and beads gives her pieces a very particular aspect, almost animated according to their exposure to light and with a lot of details.
