The architectural studio ADDP has designed two 56-storey skyscrapers in Singapore that will be built using volumetric prefabricated construction, making them the tallest prefabricated buildings in the world.
Called South Residences Avenue, these two high-rise buildings will be built in a residential area of Singapore.

“The site consists of two high-rise buildings against a backdrop of four-storey art deco apartments and an avenue of tall rain trees,” said Markus Cheng Thuan Hann, associate partner of ADDP Architects.
