Dedicated to contemporary art,  Maintenant 2016  Festival will open from 7 to 16 in the city of Rennes. On the program : over 100 local and international artists, dating days around digital creativity, performance and installations, such as “Workshops Papier 2,0”,  a course of a week interspersing arts, science and technology.

Known for its demanding quality and selection, the festival this year organizes over 13 expositions.From the monumental installation of the Japanese Yasuaki Onishi, poetic rabbits Australian Amanda Parer, through the imaginary city of the designer Bérengère Amiot, all installations and exhibitions will also want to play as creative.

Also discover the exhibition Things and others around everyday objects diverted from Quebecers Samuel St-Aubin,, or, Parsec by Joris Strijbos et Daan Johan, Johan where sixteen bright and robotic arms up choreography more hypnotics.

Not to mention«Expériences», a program considered a true innovation laboratory. Guests of these experiments are none other than the Japanese Masayoshi Fujita,, Englishman Tom Adams,, and the French Jacksoи.

Musically, other contemporary artists turned to the creation as part of the selection of Maintenant 2016 Festival with the British Pearson Sound, Ben Ufo and Norwegian Andre Bratten.
