We recently introduced the director Bruno Aveillan, you will discover today other advertising creatives who will talk about their work at the Fubiz Talks on the next 22th of September.

H5 was created in Paris in 1996 by Ludovic Houplain, but it’s originally a collective adventure. The studio gathers artistic directors, graphic designers, illustrators, directors, producers… and consequently the studio can play with different materials, from video clip to prints. “Recognizable but not always identifiable, our work is a matter of approach and of sense rather than style”, this is how the studio defines its work. Eclectic, yes but the studio mostly works with three main areas which are music, luxury and cultural institutions. The beginnings of H5 are very bound to the success of the french touch in the late 90’s.

The video clip of Remind Me (Röyksopp) made in 2002 and awarded with an MTV Europe Music Award is quite characteristic of what’s the studio like to create in animated motion. Since this success, collaborations came one after another. H5’s first short film, Logorama made in 2009 was awarded in its category at Cannes Film Festival 2010. The studio enjoys a nice success and they still experiment new forms of creations, making their first exhibition at La Gaîté Lyrique in 2012. You can discover below a selection of different works of visual identity, video clips, artistic direction. Tickets are selling here.
