Krumbach, a little village in Austria, started two years ago an interesting artistic process concerning the renewal of its street furniture. The city indeed appealed to designers from around the world to create original bus shelters: the Japanese Sou Fujimoto, the Chinese Wang Shu, the Norwegian studio RintalaEggertsson Architects, Ensamble Studio from Spain, the Chilean Smiljan Radic, Vylder Vinck Taillieu, from Belgium, and the Russian architect Alexander Brodsky.
