The first phosphorescent skatepark of United Kingdom is born. Located in Liverpool, the skatepark Everton Park was renovated by Korean artist Koo Jeong-A who installed a luminous system that makes phosphorescents the rails on which skaters ride. Supported by the Biennale of Liverpool, this project was achieved thanks to the Biennale’s director, Sally Tallant, who called this artist after being completely charmed by the first phosphorescent skatepark, built in 2008, in France.
