The “Rising talent awards”, organized by the major design actor Maison & Objet, are a must on the international design scene. This event intend to promote new talents and will also allow them to gain visibility.

The new exhibition will be set in Paris from September 7 to 11 2018, with Lebanon as guest of honor. This is a way to constitute a kind of bridge between East and West of the world and to prove that creation has no borders. Born from the meeting of many influences, Lebanese design arrived late, but is now booming.

The six designers in the spotlight this year will be Carlo Massoud, Carla Baz, Anastasia Nysten, Marc Dibeh, Caramel Studio and Paola Sakr, all chosen by a seven-member jury made up of leading figures in Lebanese design. Whatever they are, their creations all come together on one thing : they allow to boost the Lebanese creative scene, each bringing his personal touch and his design interpretation.
