The architecture studio Rogers Stirk Harbour + Partners just accomplished the construction of the Three World Trade Center, the 5th tallest building in New York City, measuring 329 meters. The project enrich the Ground Zero area even if it received some criticism. Indeed, the hotelier Ian Schrager, highlights the building’s lacks of audacity. According to him, the nicknamed “Freedom Tower” could have been a lot more bold. However, the symbolic aspect of the project remains strong and highly metaphoric.
