Finding its origins into the Tang dynasty (almost in -700 years before Jesus Christ), Chinese wood crafts of the Dongyang region presents amazing and ultra-detailed sculptures. These elegant forms feature a lot of relief and stage kinds of mural dioramas. This traditional field is still practiced today in this region (where we find a few workshops) and is used for furniture or interior design.
