Tokyo, its vastness and its some 13 million inhabitants captivate numerous travelers and locals. Oppressive according to some, full of surprises for the others, the capital of Japan is also fascinating from the air. The director Justin Tierney decided to focus on this aspect of the city in a short film titled Aerial Arterial, which is the first part of five episodes from the project At The Conflux.
