The artist Sougwen Chung, in her Drawing Operations Unit, presents an original and innovative project : draw in association with a robotic arm, called D.O.U.G. The robot plays the role of a illustrator, interpreting the movements of a collaborator. The project explores the mimetic, the automation, the autonomy and the behavioral empathy. The artist works in partnership with New Inc/New Museum and New Hive.
