One year after the new edition of his album “Opera Puccino”, out in 1998, Oxmo Puccino is back with a new title, “Peuvent Pas” (they can’t) and a new dark and cynical clip. A quite disillusioned reflection about the contemporary social situation, he said to the magazine Les Inrocks. The song makes fun in a very Wise way of a political elite unable to listen to people needs and expectations.
