The new TV show The Get Down, created by Baz Luhrmann (Moulin Rouge !, Roméo+Juliette, Gatsby le Magnifique) and produced by Netflix, just revealed its trailer and will be released its 13 episodes on the platform during 2016. Through the eyes of an Afro-American teenager, we’ll participate to the birth and rise of disco, hip-hop, punk rock, large trousers and burning dancefloors, in a 70’s New York. In the casting, we find Jaden Smith and Giancarlo Esposito (Breaking Bad).
