
PanGenerator, a art and design postdigital and interdisciplinary media based in Warsaw, Poland, has for purpose to “Combine bits, beats and atoms”. They create Mickeyphon, a surprising kinetic, audiovisual and interactive sculpture, inspired by Mickey Mouse. Create for the Disney studio, it concentrates on sounds in the surroundings, and rotating in the direction of the source. It also create and playback rhythmic patterns based upon them. Children and adults are invited to experiment and observe it by talking, playing an instrument or clapping their hands. Filmed by HolaHola Film, music by Maciek Dobrowolski.
