Artists and architects, Toluwalase Rufai and Khai Grubbs (known under the duo name Toki) are the authors of the project Synth : a collaborative work dealing with the perception of space, rhythm, movement, transparency and ephemeral. Together, they wanted to express the abstract value of sound by forms, graduations and lines. For this, they placed yarn colorful threads, nails and wood for this monumental installation, located in an abandoned building in Washington D.C.
