A competition to develop the architecture around the lake Weerwater the heart of the city of Almere, on the borders of Amsterdam, was recently launched. René van Zuuk, one of the winners, has designed a curved structure called “Weerwater Chapel” located on the surface of the lake, accessible via a long walk on the water.
