Based in Barcelona, the American artist and sculptor Frank Plant provides us with his latest work made of painted steel called Oh The Humanity! . He offers us a lovely beach scene, occupied only by people with red hair, playing with our perception to make this representation both banal but tinged with a strange feeling.
