Close Ups and Sounds in Requiem For A Dream

A study of sounds and close-ups in the famous movie of Darren Aronofsky.

Hypnotic effects and irritating sounds that summarize perfectly the atmosphere of this anxious film : dilated pupils, coke lines aspirated in a single stroke, heroin injections in exploded veins, drugs taken in abundance, a few meals swallowed and a sensorial relationship to bodies and objects.
