Since 15 January, an unusual hotel has been welcoming visitors to the Luleälven river in northern Sweden. Designed by Swedish architects Bertil Harström and Johan Kauppi, the circular structure with Scandinavian design is made of natural and durable materials like wood, leather and stone, and is directly inspired by bird nests. Arctic Bath hotel offers the public not only luxurious rooms, but also a wellness experience with a spa and open-air baths. And as a bonus, a breathtaking view of the frozen river and the northern lights during winter.
