Helen Wilde is an artist specializing in embroidery of textures and colorful patterns, based in the UK, and graduated of Nottingham Trent University in Decorative Arts. Her latest series refers to the multiplicity of oceanic and botanical landscapes present in Sri Lanka. She works on embroidery circles, giving them a three-dimensional appearance, and uses various materials such as cotton, wool, silk or porcelain. The artist recently opened her own shop, named Ovo Bloom, on which most of her creations can be found.
